Tolmachevo Airport provides an organization of works on the repatriation transfer of Russian citizens from foreign countries and foreign citizens from the territory of Russia on a one-time permit basis with the observance of all requirements, guidelines and recommendations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).

S7 Airlines Opens Flights Novosibirsk – Volgograd
From June 2, 2020, S7 Airlines will start operating direct regular flights from Novosibirsk to Volgograd.
These flights will be carried out on modern comfortable Airbus A320neo airliners, twice a week: on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On Tuesdays, the flight S7 5131 departs from Tolmachevo airport at 07:05, and arrives in Volgograd at 08:20. The flight S7 5132 departs from Volgograd for Novosibirsk at 09:10 and arrives at 16:05. On Thursdays, the flight is to be operated in the evening. Departure from Tolmachevo airport at 22:30, arrival at the Gumrak airport at 23:45. Return departure is to be operated at 00:35 on Fridays, and arrival in Novosibirsk at 07:30. Local time is indicated for each airport.
The population of Volgograd, a city located along the Volga river, is more than one million inhabitants. Here you can find the famous historical and memorial complex "The Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" on Mamaev Hill and the Panorama Museum "Battle of Stalingrad", the Pavlov House (the House of Soldier Glory), historical, ethnographic and architectural open-air museum and nature reserve "Old Sarepta".
The start of flights is now possible thanks to the state subsidy program for regional air transportation. The direction Novosibirsk – Volgograd has been included in the list of subsidized routes by the Ordinance No. 1242 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 25, 2013, and it has been financed by the budgets of the Novosibirsk and Volgograd regions.
Tolmachevo airport takes all the necessary measures of anti-epidemic protection in the context of a coronavirus pandemic, including mobile recirculators for air disinfection in the airport terminal complex, regular sanitary treatment with the use of disinfectants, and round-the-clock ambulance and volunteer duty.
When cleaning on all S7 Airlines flights, detergents and disinfectants are compulsory, mandatory airing of the cabin during the service period between flights is being organized, and the composition of first-aid kits is supplemented with masks. To maintain a safe distance, the check-in system assigns passengers seats one row apart and one seat apart. Before departure, passengers are provided with antibacterial wipes.
