Tolmachevo Airport provides an organization of works on the repatriation transfer of Russian citizens from foreign countries and foreign citizens from the territory of Russia on a one-time permit basis with the observance of all requirements, guidelines and recommendations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).

Tolmachevo Airport Takes Part in NAIS

On February 5-6, the VII-th national NAIS exhibition and forum has been held in Moscow. The event annually gathers more than 4,000 aviation industry specialists on its site. The event has been attended by a delegation of JSC Tolmachevo Airport.

Evgeniy Yankilevich, General Director of the JSC Airport Tolmachevo, Natalya Mzhelskaya, Commercial Director, and Natalya Silaeva, Deputy Production Director, have held a number of business meetings with current and potential partners.

In particular, they have negotiated on expanding and developing the route network of airports in the Siberian cluster of Novaport Holding with Russian and foreign airlines: Red Wings, UVT AERO, Turkish Airlines, S7 Cargo.

At a meeting with a long-standing partner of Novosibirsk airport – JSC MAZ, the managing company of the BELAVTOMAZ Holding, agreements have been reached on the possible delivery of a new model of low-floor passenger buses. It is planned that the equipment will be purchased during 2020.

Representatives of SITA, which provides telecommunications and IT services in the aviation industry, have presented cooperation development plan in the use of SITA production modules at Tolmachevo airport. In addition, the experts from the airport and from SITA will soon discuss the implementation of a project to develop and conduct a training course for dispatchers on the basis of Tolmachevo Aviation training center. The purpose of this educational program is to train airport dispatchers how to use SITA automated systems, taking into account the latest system updates. Successful cooperation in this area will allow us to train sought-after specialists not only for the airports located in Siberia, but also in the Russian European regions beyond the Urals.

The company JSC FINTECH presented automated border control systems at its stand, which allow reducing the inspection procedure for one passenger to 40 seconds due to a unique personal data processing system. Meetings have also been held with the company MedPoint24, which is an expert in automating pre-shift inspections and medical examinations for employees, and with the industry information and analytical agency AviaPort.

Vladimir Knoroz, Deputy General Director of JSC Airport Tolmachevo for transport (aviation) security and regime, and Oleg Belobrusov, Head of the Transport Cecurity Consulting Services Department, have taken part in the Industry Conference "Current issues of transport (aviation) security".

The national exhibition of civil aviation infrastructure NAIS (National Aviation Infrastructure Show) is a recognized industry event in Russia and the CIS states, dedicated to the development of infrastructure for airports, airlines, helicopter centers and landing sites. Every year, the NAIS exhibition and forum bring together experts and top officials of airlines, government and business, suppliers of products, technologies and services.

The Novosibirsk International Airport (Tolmachevo) named after A.I. Pokryshkin is the largest transit air hub beyond the Urals on the most important routes between Europe and Asia. At the end of 2019, the airport has served about 6,747 million passengers. The airport's route network includes more around 100 flight destinations. Today, the airport is offering for passengers more than 2,300 practical combinations of pairs of connecting routes.
