This program has been designed to create a comfortable environment for Chinese tourists and is aimed at promoting Russian tourist products on the international market.
The certificate was received on December 20, 2019, and it confirms that Tolmachevo airport meets the requirements set by the program. Inter alia, information and direction signs, as well as the audio messages for passengers within the terminal complex at Tolmachevo airport, have been translated into Chinese, there is a menu in Chinese language in airport public catering facilities, and we also have a Chinese version of the website with a special section for tourists.
