Tolmachevo Airport provides an organization of works on the repatriation transfer of Russian citizens from foreign countries and foreign citizens from the territory of Russia on a one-time permit basis with the observance of all requirements, guidelines and recommendations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor).

Passenger Traffic Increased 16 % During New Year Holiday Season

According to the results of operation between January 1 and January 8, 2020, the Tolmachevo airport has served 139,248 passengers, which is 16% more than in the same period of 2019.

The passenger traffic on domestic airlines has increased by 15% compared to the same period of the last year — up to 96,393 people.

The number of passengers served on long-distance international routes has reached 42,855 (+19%).

Also, compared to the same indicator in 2019, the number of passengers on routes to the CIS countries has increased by 15%.

In the first days of January, 653 flights has been performed at the Tolmachevo airport, which is 13% more than in the same period in the last year.

The most popular cities during the New Year holidays on domestic airlines were Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Khabarovsk, Mirny, Irkutsk, and on international routes - Phuket, Bangkok, Kamran, Utapao, Sanya, Dubai, Bishkek, Osh, Astana, Tashkent, Almaty and Baku.

The Novosibirsk International Airport (Tolmachevo) named after A.I. Pokryshkin is the largest transit air hub beyond the Urals on the most important routes between Europe and Asia.The airport's route network includes more than 100 flight destinations. Today, the airport is offering for passengers more than 2300 practical combinations of pairs of connecting routes.
