From 31 March a summer schedule with the opening of new flights, resumption of seasonal routes and increase in flights frequency in a number of destinations is effective at Tolmachevo airport.

Tolmachevo Airport Summed up the Work for the Holiday Week of 2019

Based on operation results from 1 to 8 January, 2019 Tolmachevo airport served 119,618 passengers, which is 15.3% more versus the same period of 2018.

Passenger traffic on domestic routes increased by 18% compared to the same period of 2018, to 83,666.

The number of passengers on the international routes (except CIS) was 23,614 (+12.1%).

Also, compared to the same period of 2018, the number of passengers for CIS destinations increased by 2.3% to 12,338.

During the first days of January 577 aircraft movements were performed at Tolmachevo airport, which is 15.3% more versus the same period last year.

The most popular cities on domestic routes during winter holidays became Moscow, St. Petersburg, Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Vladivostok and Sochi.

Bangkok, Phuket, Cam Ranh, Utapao, Dubai, Beijing, Sanya, Bishkek, Osh, Almaty, Khujand, Astana, Almaty, Dushanbe and Tashkent became the most popular international destinations.

NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport is the largest air hub east of the Urals on the main air routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, and international terminal capacity is 1,300 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II categories.
