Subsidized Fares on Flights from Novosibirsk to Neryungri
The list of routes subsidized under the RF Government Regulation № 1095 has been expanded. Since 18 May, the Neryungri-Novosibirsk route has been included.
The partner of Tolmachevo airport Yakutia Airlines operates flights to the second largest city in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
The Flight YAK 483 departs from Novosibirsk at 12:25, the return Flight YAK 484 departs from Neryungri at 19:55. All times are local. The flights are operated on Boeing 737-800 and Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft.
Novosibirsk airport continues to participate in the subsidy program of air service from the Far East under the RF Government Regulation № 1095 dated 29 December 2009 "On approval of the rules of subsidies to air carriers in order to ensure affordability of air-passenger operations from the Far East to the European part of the country and back".
From 1 April to 31 October the state support program under this Regulation also applies to flights between Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Chita, Magadan, Mirny, Polyarny, Khabarovsk, Yakutsk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Subsidized air service to FSBI "All-Russia Child Centre "Ocean" (Vladivostok) is carried out from 1 January to 31 December.
The flights are serviced by several airlines: S7 Airlines, ALROSA, Yakutia, Aurora and Ural Airlines.
Special fares are available for the citizens of the Russian Federation aged 23 and under as well as for the citizens of pensionable age (women over the age of 55 and men over the age of 60). Tickets at subsidized fares are also open for purchase to disabled persons of the first group with no age restrictions and one accompanying person, to a person accompanying a disabled child. In addition, special fares are available to persons disabled from childhood of the second and third group of any age.
Tolmachevo airport successfully develops its transfer potential effectively using the possibility of combining several programs of state support for air service. For instance, passengers following from the cities of the Far East with a transfer in Tolmachevo grant access to extensive route network of regional airlines as well as to medium-haul and long-haul flights operated from the airport, including those to St. Petersburg, southern Russian cities, cities of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
NOVOSIBIRSK International Airport (Tolmachevo) is the largest air hub in Russia east of the Urals on major transit routes between Europe and Asia. The capacity of domestic terminal makes up to 1,800 passengers per hour, while the international terminal capacity – up to 1300 passengers per hour. The airport has two runways of ICAO I and II Categories.
