Baggage Failure

If there is any failures with a passenger’s baggage (sending, shortage of places or by weight, damage, loss), you must contact the airport Lost and Found service.

A claim must be submitted in writing immediately after discovery of the damage and in accordance with certain terms:

  • for domestic flights, within 6 months;
  • for international flights, within 7 days after receipt of baggage, in case of delay in delivery of baggage — within 21 days from the date of receipt of baggage by a passenger and within 18 months in the case of loss of baggage.
